Gramophone shops have large advertisements in the newspapers offering records of ex-King Edward’s speech—“the actual broadcast perfectly recorded.” A message from Blue Ridge Summit, Pennsylvania, says souvenirhunters are carrying away bits of the house in which Mrs Simpson was horn, the owners being compelled to guard the building, which is unoccupied. Mr Arthur Wenzel, a. film promoter, has cabled the Duke of Windsor an offer of a million dollars and a mansion to come to Hollywood with Mrs Simpson and to act in a film called “Right to Love," states a, Holly, wood message.
