Bill Rejected By House Of Lords Press Association—Copyright. Rugby, Dec. 1. < Lord Poonsonby in the House of Lords to-day moved the second reading of the Voluntary Euthanasia Bill to legalise under certain conditions ithe administration of euthanasia to persons suffering .from illness of a fatal or incurable character involving severe pain. The Bill was rejected by 35 votes ,to 14.
