AERO CLUB WANTS USE
OF AIRPORT
Taupo Borough Council has noted with pleasure an application from Middle Districts Aero Club, Palmerston North, to use the Taupo Alrport to fly in
fishermen and sightseers. The club wants to do this on a day trip basis. Council decided at its last week's meeting that the matter was beyond its jurisdietion and it would neither support nor oppose the club's application for a licence.
