Not Quite As Cold As It Seems

Cold though this morning was, frost readings throughout the district did not support the feeling that this was winter's coldest day. At Pataka Road, the reading was 8 degrees, Horomatangi Street was a little colder at 9 degrees and the control gate weather station reported 10.3 degrees.
