Kaimanawa Street Metalled
O.wing to .the necessary fin Atiamuri chips for the first sealing coat not being available, the sealing of Kaimanawa Street has had to be postponed until after the holidays. Last week a layer of scorLa from Trig Station K Hill, west of Nukuhau, was put on the street. This is the first occasion on which this scoria, which resembles the scoria of the Auckland area in appearance, has been used in Taupo.
