The Town Cler.k reported to the last Council meeting that final aria ngements had been made for the conference of Grain and Seed Merchants of New Zealand to be held in the War Memoiaal Ilall. Officials of the organisation had expressed themselves as being pleased with the Hall 'and its amenities. The Conference Vv'owld take place on Tuesday and Weduesday next, November 1 and 2. i 11..
