WIRING TENDERS FOR BOROUGH HOUSES
Four tenders were before the Borough Council meeting on July 20 for the electrical wiring and supply of electric equipment for the two staffi houses being built for the Council in Rifle Range Road. Tenders ' included material and labour, with electric ranges and hot water cylinders. The lowest tender, one of £347 5s submitted by Mr A. H. McGregor, was accepted. Tenders ranged from figure to £364.
