MARGARET SWEENEY FUND
A donation of £1 has been handed to the Taupo Times for the Margaret Sweeney English Channel Swim Fund by Col. J. D. Swan on behalf of Sir Ernest Davis. The Times will accept any donations which readers may wish to make to the Fund, and these will be handed to the Mayor, Mr J. E. Story, who is a member of the Auckland Committee, and will be acknowledged in the Times.
