Mr M. Graham, who has been resi- - dent in Taupo for some twelve months in charge of construction of the new Lake Hotel being built by Messrs N. Cole Ltd., has been appointed the firm's manager for the South Auckland district. He will take up residence in Hamilton at the end of the month. • Mr Graham took a prominent part in organising a number of popular entertainments particularly in connection with the Queen Carnival held to raise funds for the Taupo Sports Ground. He will have the good wishes of many Taupo friends on leaving to take up his new duties.
