Next Week's Ballet
Coppelia, one of the ballets to be presented 011 Wednesday next by Poul Gnatt and the New Zealand Ballet Company, is perhaps the gayest of all the romantic ballets. "Coppelia"' is the name given to a doll by Dr Coppelius, an eccentric old toy-maker. The romance of spells, incantations and fabulous clockwork toys, makes a delightful entertainment for children of all -''ages.
