INDECENT ASSAULT
Noel Alfred Sorenson, of Taupo, builder, appeared in the Magistrate's Court, Rotorua, on Tuesday, May 31, before Mr W. H. Freeman, S.M., on two cjiarges of indecent assault on a male. Defendant, who pleaded guilty, was represented by Mr J. H. Oakley. Detective-Sergeant Sharp prosecuted. Accused was convicted and sentenced to two years imprisonment on each charge, the terms to be concurrent.
