LABOUR DELEGATES MEET
NEW ROTORUA ELECTORATE Forty delegates from various Labour Party Branches and afflliations, plus a number of visitors, attended a meeting of the Labour Representation Committee for the new Rotorua Electorate held in Rickit's Hall, Taupo, on Sunday, August 23. At the conclusion of the meeting delegates were addressed by Mr P. Kearins, M.P. for Waimarino. Catering for the delegates was ably undertaken by lady members of the local Labour Party Branch and local restaurant proprietors. Meetings of the L.R.C. are held bi-monthly and will in | future rotate between Rotorua, j Mangakino and Taupo,
