All the above rates heing based oit the Unimproved Value of all rafeabte property in the Taupo Town District^ as appearing in the Valuation Roll, to' be due and payable in one sum on the First day of August, 1953, at the Board's Office, Taupo, and for which a Rebate of 5 per cent will he allowed to every Ratepayeir in respect of all rates paid within thirty days on the due date of demand. Further notice is ih,erehy given that the Estimates upon which the abovementioned rates are being struckj, have been appiroved by the Board and are, together with the Valuation RolL open for inspection at the Board's Office during office hours.
