BUSINESS EXPANSION

Plans have now been completed j for an extension to the shop prem- j ises of Mr G. S. Anchor opposite , the Post Office to replace the temporary building put up last year to cater for the summer trade. The plans which have been submitted to the Town Board for their approval, provide for a building of about equal in size to the main portion of Mr Anchor's prespnt radio and stationery shop, and is to be built in ferro-concrete. When completed, the new premises will provide the radio department of Mr Anchor's business, whilst the older portion will be devoted to books, stationery and fancy goods.
