EVENING OUTING

A party of young people, consisting of members of the Presbyterian Senior Bible Class and their friends, set off by launch early on Tuesday evening for a cruise on the Lake. Landing at Four Mile Bay, the party were soon enjoying a refreshing swim. Games an the beach were enjoyed by all until black clouds began to roll up and dusk crept in. All boarded the launch where tea was served, during which a quiz was held by the Rev. H. W. Johnston. On the homeward journey all sang with heart and voice to end a happy excursion for which hearty thanks were given to Mr C. Dent for providing the trip.
