MR RICHARD BELL’S POSITION.

London, October 8. In consequence of Socialist members alleging that Mr Richard Bell, M.P., had misrepresented the Amalgamated Railway Servant’s Society (of '.which he is secretary) in the House of Commons a conference of the society, sitting in camera, determined to relieve Mr Bell of all duties connected with Parliamentary matters, but by 32 votes to 25 refused to ask him to resign the Secretaryship.
