Promenade display at Hetherington’s Ltd- tosmorrow (Friday) ingMr Barnard made a snccessful flight with his bi-plane at Claudelands, Hamilton, on Monday. There is some talk of a tennis court being laid down in the Bridge Domain, near the Post Office. It, is stated that the Okauia Creamery is the best in the > Valley, as far as construction goes.
The Northern ss. Company will not run a steamer to or from Auckland on Wednesday next, Labour Day. Don’t forget if you want reserved seats for the Concert to-night, to book them at Allen’s Stationery depot. ■
