SECRET CYPHER SOLVED.

London, October 5. Rev. Neiiemiah Carnock, ex-editor of the “ Methodist Recorder,” after four years’ toil, has succeeded in deciphering a secret cypher of passages hitherto unsolved in Wesley’s Journal, throwing new light upon his life, including recollections of his mother, and giving his version of his own love affairs and quarrels.
