Sydney, September 22. Leading Chinese, through the Chinese Consul-General, have asked permission to import a Chinese teacher, so as to establish a school for children. The Federal Government has declined the request. The President of the Chinese merchants’ Society hints that the refusal may lead to a boycott of Australian goods. -• /•"
