Mr A. J. Black, who was in Gisborne during the “ Times ” Libel Case will give To Aroha people the full strength of how a young man was taken down for £44 in one week at Burke’s Hotel in Gisborne. We shall also hear the truth about NoLicense towns in the South Island Mr Black makes his meetings extremely interesting. He has a voice like a 401 b gun, and has the happy nack of saying the right thing at the right time. We strongly advise everyone to hear him. He speaks next Saturday night at 8 p.m. in tue open air. If weather is unfavourable the meeting will be held in the Public Hall. On Sunday a meeting for men only at 3 p.m in the Public Hall, Sunday evening at same place at 8.15, Gospel Temperance Address, and on Monday at 8 o’clock p.m his famous recital and entertainment.
