Is No-License a Failure.

Mr A. J. Black, of Auckland, is visiting Te Aroha on Saturday next, when he will commence a meetings in connection with the No-Licence League, when we shall hear the truth about Ashburton and Invercargill. His first meeting will be held in the open air next Saturday at 8 p.m.
