London, October 4. Reuter’s New York agency reports the Democrats accuse well-known reSublieans, including relations of Presient Roosevelt, and Mr W. H. Taft, republic candidate for the presidency, of being interested in a syndicate, which purchased for 2£ million dollars stocks and bonds ofthe Panama Canal Company, knowing the United States intended to purchase the assets of the company for forty million dollars.
