A sensational incideuthasbeenreported to thg police in connection with the Enard murder. East week a man put up at an hotel at Seven Oaks. He intimated his intention of staying a fortnight. On Monday last he was unable to pay his bill. He said he expected a remittance. He went ou f ostensibly to transact buisnesa, and return at four o’clock in the afternoon in a very excited state. He explained his agitation when settling with the landlord on Tuesday by saying that instead of proceeding to a neighbouring village the previous day, he was compel ed to cycle to Loudon.
