At the meeting of the Ohinemui l County Council, held at Paeroa on Thursday last the folloAving tenders Avere dealt Avitli :

No. 311 —For supply and erection of bridge over the Ohinemuri River at WaitaAvheta Crossing. Only one tender Avas received for this contract, W. C. Kennedy, £1,344, but it Avas not accepted. No. 312—For driving piles and sheeting and filling in Avashout on main road at Karangahake: W. C. Kennedy, £584 ; White and LaAV, £573 ; P. Sheehan, £550 (accepted). No. 313—For forming and gravelling track to Waikino School: E. Baine, £29 18s; P. Sheehan, £2B ; E. Cookson, £25; W. C. Kennedy. £22 18s (accepted). No. 314. —For forming and bridging a portion of the Waihi Beach Road : E. Cookson, £299 10s; E. Baine, £349 ; P. Laurie, £341 Is Gd ; J. Kane, £193 15s (accepted). No. 215 —For supply and delivery of 400 cubic yards of Thames sand or gravel for Paeroa footpaths J. Gordon, £l2B 6s 8d ; H. Wright, £115; C. Short, £B9; Treanor, £BO (accepted).
