Charges Against Mclntyre.

CHRISTCHURCH, This Day.

Mr Bishop S.M. and Crown solicitor took four sets of depositions involve ing five charges of theft of exhibition space money by Mclntyre, and two charges of false pretences. The first charges include sums of £35, £l9 10s, and £lO and the latter are for passing valueless cheques. At the conclusion of the evidence, the extradition paper, warrants and necessary forms were filled in and completed.
