Margaret McAuliffe was charged on ,tv\o informations for selling whiskey in her hoarding-house. Two witae-sea for the prosec ltion could not be found and warrants were is-uerl f’’ r ll* ir arresc. The case was remanded. There are cases to come up of as-istiag tn the unlawful sale of liquor and for being on p etnises where liquor was seized.
