Law Regarding Strikes.
DR. FINDLAY’S CONTENTION. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Dr Findlay, Attorney-General, contends that it is within the powers of the Supreme Court to commit' for a term of imprisonment not exceeding twelve months, any person connected with or taking part in a strike, and who has failed to pay the fine imposed.
