A Painful Accident

Ojr Monday afternoon a lad named Me Cormick, aged about 15 years a: son of Mr F. Me Cormick, who resides on the coast below Tararu, was riding home, along the main Thames-Hikufaia road near Totara, when his horse fell and rolled on him. He was taken to the hospital, where he arrived at about 6 p m., in an- state.. On enquiry at the hospital later in- the evening we learned that he had recovered consciousness, and that the injuries consisted ■ f a slight concussion, and of bruises to the elbow. It is hoped that tbo concussion is not of a critical nature.
