SATURDAY, APRIL 2nd, 1898. (Before Messrs Mills and Gallagher, J.’bP.) Daniel Ransfield, remanded from Tauranga, as we stated in our issue of Saturday, to Te Aroha on a charge of obtaining sundry goods from Mr Foreman, Wahnroa, to the value of £3 2s by means of a valueless order upon Mr Harrison, was remanded for one month; bail being accepted on his own recognisances in the sum of £2O.
