Pavifct ; Kinahan a bye. Ladies Single©: Miss Campbell v Miss Smith j Miss Dick ▼ Mies Goldsworthy. It is anticipated that seme very dose and exciting struggles will be witnessed in this round. . On Saturday afternoon the following ties were played off: Kinahan v Eager. Kinahan won. Ravjfct y. Bibbs. Pavitfc won. Thomas v. Farquhsrson wa® post’ poned on account of the weather. An exciting game ia the second round was played yesterday afternoon between Messrs Oliver and Smalas, the latter winning after a close struggle. Smates 6, Oliver 4, Oliver 6, Smales 2, Smales 6, Oliver 2.
