CHRISTCHURCH INDUSTRIAL EXHIBITION. Christchurch, Wednesday. The receipts in connexion with the recent Industrial Exhibition, inclusive of the Government of £SOO, amounted to £4153 7s 3d. The expenditure was £2069 16s lOd, the balance in hand thus being £2083 10s sd. A sub committee has been appointed to draw up a recommendation to be presented, together with the balance-sheet, to a meeting of the general committee. THAMES HARBOUR BOARDPROPOSED LOAN OP .£15,000. Thames, Wednesday. The local Harbour Board h ave decided to accept the Postmaster-Goner it’s offer to cancel jfche existing loan, and with the object of paying it off, and also to obtain the necessary funds for carrying out certain improvements in their wharfage accommodation, have dec® to call for tenders for a loan of LISHK)O, with a sinking fund of one per cent. ,
