The ch arge against John Swann, of attempting to shoot Hugh Campbell, solicitor, was dismissed.
Although the Te Aroha Brass Band are always vailing to give their assistance by playing at local concerts, etc., free, the band concert on\Thursday night was not patronised as it should have been.
