DOMAIN BOARD
The ordinary monthly meeting of Te Aroha Hot Springs Domain Board (ad journed from the Saturday previous) was held on Saturday evening last. Present : Messrs Gavin (chairman), Ilott, Lipsey, and Ahier. Minutes of the previous monthly meeting were real and confirmed. There was no correspondence. Considerable discussion took place with respect to the best means of financing during the winter months. There being a debit balance at the Bank and the present receipts being very small, the majority of the members present were in favour of obtaining an overdraft for LSO, the members becoming personally responsible for the amount It was ultimately decided to let the further consideration of the matter stand adjourned till the next monthly meeting. Monthly Statement: The Clerk submitted the following statement for the four weeks ending June 7th, 1800 : BECEU’rS.
