O’Toole had encroached on a portion of the Reserve adjacent to the cemetery, and was in occupation of same, it being fenced in along with Other land adjoining occupied by hilUi and that lie had the portion referred to under cultivation. It was resolved that the Secretary communicate with Mr O’Toole, and notify him that he must rernove his feace to the proper boundary Ua?, within two months from date. This was all the business.
