A MEETinq of the above IJoar<J was held ou Friday last, at Air F. Favitt’s office. Present : Messrs F* Parity Dobson, Lipsey, and Johnson, : Minutes of the previous meeting were read ami confirmed, Reserve to, be Leased : Jt was resolved to invite separate tenders for leading the Reserve* in two portions of about lgh acres and 4CS acres each respectively* subject to conditions t« be drawn up by the Secretary. Encrouchfuent It wa® stated Mr F. O’Toole had encroached on a portion of the Reserve adjacent to the cemetery, and was in occupation of same, it being fenced in along with Other land adjoining occupied by hilUi and that lie had the portion referred to under cultivation. It was resolved that the Secretary communicate with Mr O’Toole, and notify him that he must rernove his feace to the proper boundary Ua?, within two months from date. This was all the business.
