TOWN BOARD.

A special meeting of the Town Board was hold on tho evening of Saturday last, for the purpose of passing accounts before the close of the financial year. The following were passed for payment: Waikato Times, Ll 6s 3d ; 0. Ahier, 13s 4d ; W. Hetherington, L 3 ; J. Lavery. 10s ; W. Bonnet, L2 17s ; J.. Dare, L 3 16s ; Te Aroha and Ohinebiuri News, L 3 Is 31. A letter from Mr J. Dare, tendering his resignation as dog tax collector, etc., was read, and referred to the ordinary meeting of the Board.
