(Before H. W. Northcroft, Esq., R.M.) W. and ,J. Quinlivan v. J. H, Russell Judgment summons L 55 15s. in this
case a sum of L 53 Is was paid into Court, and a re-hearing applied for. Application for re-hearing granted, and hearing fixed for next Court day. Mr Miller appeared for plnntiff. D. Snodgr-iss v. A. Agnew.—Claim L 4 6s 41. No appearance of defendant. Judgment for L 3 6s 41, and 7s cost*. J. M. Robson v. Ivarauriu Paaka. No appearance of defendant." Judgment for plaintiff L 5 4s 7d, and Ll 3s Gd costs. Mr MelJrum for plaintiff. J. M. Robson v. Joseph and Andrew Dihars. One defendant was not served, and plan tiff elected to proceed against the defendant rerved. Judgment for L 4 6s 2d, and Ll 13s 6d costs. Mr Meldrurn for plaintiff. E. Fdwards v. W. Wasteneys. Claim L 6, agency fees. Adjourned until next Court day. The Court then adjourned.
