TUFSDAY, APRIL Ist, (Before H. W. Northcroft Esq., Warden) Application was made by S, L, Hirst for Sections 8,9, 10, 11, and 12, Block 58, To Aroha.—Granted. The following plaints laid by the Mining Inspector for non-eomplianee with the mining regulations, were heard and dealt with : Ruby L. H., held by T. Golds worthy and others—Forfeited. Riversdale Special Claim, held by G. E. Ireland Forfeited. Riversdale Iso. 2 L. H., N. Cleary—Forfeited. Minawaru L. H., E. W. Hamper—Forfeited. Golden Crown I>, H., Jas. Don —Forfeited. Oceana, J. Squirreil—Forfeited. Tui Reduction Co., J. M. Keep—Reduced from 50 to 30 acres. T. o further hearing of plaints respecting the Admiral Fairfax, Ruakaka, and Mikado licensed holdings, was adjourned till the 15th inst., the Warden intimating that unless speoial reasons were given for the non-working of these claims they would then he forfeited.
