FIESOLE.
One of the features of the Henderson’s Mill race meeting was the re appearance in public of Major George’s three-year old Fiesole. The mare has grown up and greatly improved since last season, and on Monday she showed some of the form she promised during the early part of her two-year-old career. In the Maiden Plate, she stumbled slightly at the distance, and lost her stride, or I think she would have beaten Ingorina.
