MONDAY, JANUARY 6th, 1890, (Before IJ. W. Northcroffc, Esq., R.M.) Breach .of Dog Registration Act; John Goonan was charged by the Dog Regis? trar that he had kept a dog of a greater age than six months, for a period of fourteen days, without registering such dog. Defendant pleaded not guilty, and asserted the dog referred to by informant was not bis. Wm. Tetley, Dog Registrar forOhinemuri County Council gave evidence, and after hearing the statement of defendant the Bench dismissed the case. Petty Debt Oaseß : Danl. Campbell v. A. S, Ford, claim £4 9s for goods supplied. Judgment for £4 Is, and £3 8s costs, Danl. Campbell v. A. S. Ford, claim £4 for unlawfully detaining a waggon. Judgment for £4, and £2 Is costs. C. Harley v. P. Rice, claim £7 4s Gd. .Judgment summons. No appearance of sillier party. Case struck out. C. Harley, v. C. Beck, claim £lO 12s llif.\ Judgment summons. Casestruck out^'
