Domain Board.

The ordinary monthly meeting of the Te Aroha Hot Springs Domain Board, was held on Saturday evening at eight o’clock. Present : Messrs T. Gavin (Chairman), G. Wilson, G. Lipsey, and J. IloLt. (Mr C. Ahier also came in and took his seat shortly before 9 p.m). Minutes of the previous monthly meeting, of the annual meeting on Dec. 10th, adjourned do., on Dec. 14 111 ; of special meeting on Dec. 23rd, and adjourned do. on Dec. lOtlq were read and confirmed. There qras no bqsinesg of iniportagee to transact, Mr Wilson not having bqqn present at any of the above mentjoned peelings, the Chairman explaiqed to hirq what had been done thereat; and, after general conversation yq iqaiters relating to the Boayd, it was resolved that the meeting stand adjourned till Tuesday, 1 4th inst.; for the purpose of then receiving the annual balance-sheet, and the transaction of any other business that may be brought for aid.
