Augustus Smales, for residence site, No 11, Block 84; Te Aroha. Granted. Arrears of Rent: Receiver of Gold Revenue v. W. Eyeritfc, for £5 rent (up to April 1890). Judgment for £5, and costs 11s. Forfeiture : Mining Inspector v. Clias. Gallagher. In this case the Mining Inspector stated that owing to the ground held by Mr Gallagher, known as the Bonanza Special Claim, Te Aroha, not having been worked in accordance with the requirements of the Regulations of the Mining Act 1880, he asked that the license 1 • cancelled.
