Patsy Buoler, who returned from Melbourne to-day, reports having sold Manton lor 1,400 guineas, The horse goes into Dakin's stable.
Bessie, : "Ma and pa have been quarrelling, haven't they V Willie : " Yes." Beaaie: " Which one gob the worst of it, do you know?" Willie: "Nobyeb. I'm waiting to see which one of them fclams the door gou*g out." Do nob persecute the unfortunate, as it is like throwing stones on one fallen into a well.
