MERRIE ENGLAND'S SALE.
Mr C. G. Murray's claim upon the executors of the late Hon. W. Robinson for an alleged breach of contract orer bho ealo of Merrie England is still the subject of correspondence between the solicitors of the contending parties. There eeoms little doubt that Mr Murray had .some rea*on fco suppose he had completed the purchase of the colt, but the other side, it is stated, aver that the sale was made subject to a veterinary examination, and this was not satisfactory.
