GERMANY AND RUSSIA. INTERCHANGE OF CONFIDENCES.
Berlin, October 15. It is believed that the Emperor William will attend the manoeuvres of the Prussian fleet next summer. During the Char's recent visit here Prince Bismarck' informed him that he considered an agreement between Great Britain and Ru&sia in i egard to their possessions in Asia as possible, and desirable. He also expres&ed himself convinced that tno Czar would never begin war against Germany. In replyipg the Czar denied that Russia had ( doubled hpv strategic lines on the Western frontier. Count Kalnoky, the 'Austrian Minister o£ Foreign Affairs, hab arrived on a visit to Prince Bismarck.
