STRIKES IN FRANCE. FATAL RIOTS.
Parts, October 19. The strike among the coal miners in the northern districts of France is spreading, and serious riots have occurred. In coi-' lision between the strikers and soldiers two of the miners were killed. The ' Socialists throughout France threaten to go out on strike and close the Exhibition.
