CAULFIELD TRAINED HORSES.

The touts at Caultield say Dunkeld is a perfect mover, and goes as well as any animal in training there. Sedition and Gasburner look very well, bub scarcely do Cup work ; neither, indeed, does Meteor. Scottish Chief continues to do good work, and to retain the confidence of bis owner. Martini-Henry's sister Forest Queen does everything that is required of her, and, if she be the selected of her stable, there can be no reason why she should not be dangerous. Both Bothwell and Chaldean look big and muscular, and do capital work, the latter having covered the Cup course like a workman more than once ; but, of all the candidates, Benzon and Moorbank have done the most genuine preparation, finishing strongly at the end of Cup gallops. It is said the brother to Plungor will be reserved for the Melbourne Cup.
