The 'Government intend having the boun" daries of the Thamas Harbour defined, in accordance with the Act of 1874, and the Attorney-General will introduce a Bill in the Upper Chamber by which they will be •embraced within a radius of five miles of Opoui Point. Mr Fraser thinks he can have a clause introduced giving the Harbour Board power to lease the foreshore for terms of 99 years.
