Mr Buchanan (Wairarapa) is to ask for Mr Beobham's leave of abtenco to be oxtonded until the end of the session. The Govornmenb do not propose to introduce a Bill limiting the liabilities of trustees. The Premier sa3's the Government are considering tho advisability ol introducing an amendment of the Land Transfer Act I enacting that a.ny registered holder of an estate under that system without fraud has an indefensible title. Tho Governmonfc refuse to consider the propriety of abolishing tho sheep tax. It is intended to bring in a bill this session amending the Alining Companies Act. July 11.
