LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL BILL.
The Legislative Council Bill has been postponed at the request of the AtfcornoyGeneral until Tuesday next. He said that thero weio fifteen or sixteen members ot the Council who had not arrived yet, and it was not right to procoed with such an important measure with only three-fourths of the Council in attendance.
