The Dunedin Jockey Club have launche" out in a princely manner in the way o* stakes at their Exhibition Meeting, no les s a sum than £6,070 being given away, i draw my readers' attention to the full programme, which appears in this evening's Star on page three. The dates fixed for the meeting are Wednesday l and Satuiday. 27th and 30th November, and Tuesday and Saturday, 3rd and 7th December, but on thelatrer dato the programme is principally comprised of ti*otting races. Nominations for the New Zealand Exhibition Cup of l,soosovs, 1J mile ; Carnival Handicap of 200sovs, five furlongs ; President's Handicap of 600sovs, 1-1 mile, and St. Andrew's Handicap of 500sovs, 1\ mile, close on Saturday, 3rd August. I shall expect to see Auckland well represented in the lists.
